Raru Advisors is our investment management entity and the regulated fund manager for the group — currently managing our Category III Alternative Investment Fund with an AUM of ₹150 Crores, and in the process of setting up a Category II AIF.
As the investor-facing entity of the Raru platform, Raru Advisors carries responsibility for the full lifecycle of our fund management business: fund structuring and regulatory compliance, investment strategy and capital deployment, investor relations and reporting, and — as we build out the Category II AIF — closed-ended strategies spanning private equity, credit, and stressed-asset-focused mandates.
In effect, Raru Advisors is where the strategies and expertise built across our trading and distressed-asset businesses are packaged into fund structures that outside investors can access directly — making it the primary bridge between the Raru platform and its investor base.
Prime Venture Growth Fund is registered with SEBI as a Category III Alternative Investment Fund — ₹150 Crores AUM — managed in-house by Raru Advisors.
We manage our own Category III Alternative Investment Fund with an AUM of ₹150 Crores, deploying capital on behalf of investors who seek access to our proprietary trading and investment strategies within a regulated fund structure.
We are also in the process of setting up a Category II AIF, which will broaden our fund offerings to cover closed-ended strategies — such as private equity, credit, and stressed-asset-focused mandates — and allow us to serve a wider set of investor objectives and risk appetites.
